Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the btjl platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the btjl platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "your", "member"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Important: This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only. Registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited.
1. Eligibility and Registration
1.1 Age and Legal Eligibility
To open an account and use any service on the btjl platform, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- Online gaming activities must be legally permitted in the area where you reside.
- You must create your account under your own name with accurate information.
- You must be capable of making decisions with sound mental judgment.
- Each person may hold only one account.
1.2 Registration Process
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. If any of your details need to be updated after registration, please notify our support team via live chat.
Identity Verification: btjl may request a government-issued ID or other supporting documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
2. Account Management
2.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Please follow these guidelines:
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Always log out after accessing your account from a public or shared device.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Operating more than one account from the same person, device, IP address, or household is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be cancelled and bonus benefits will be forfeited.
2.3 Account Suspension
btjl reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Upon the order of a court or regulatory authority.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
btjl currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Additional methods may be added in the future.
3.2 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
- Deposited funds must come from your own bank account or mobile banking only.
- Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- The correct reference number must be included when making a deposit.
- Keep the relevant payment receipt until the funds are credited to your account.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed until bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Please note: In accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy, btjl may request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts. This is done for your protection.
3.4 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:
- The bonus applies to the first deposit made after registration.
- Bonus wagering requirement: 10 times (10x).
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of activating the bonus.
- Bonus funds can be used to play any game, though restrictions may apply to certain games.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer can be applied to one account only once.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, btjl reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
- btjl may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without notice.
- Winnings made with bonus funds will be converted to real funds only after the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 VIP Program
The btjl VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are offered at each tier. You can advance to higher tiers through weekly activity and continued participation on the platform. VIP benefits are governed by separately applicable terms.
5. Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
btjl follows a Fair Play policy across all games. The games available on our platform are operated by certified game developers and run using random number generator (RNG) technology.
5.2 Betting Limits
Each game has set minimum and maximum bet amounts. Bet limits per round may apply when using bonus funds — please refer to the terms of the specific bonus offer.
5.3 Technical Errors
If a transaction is left incomplete due to a technical error or system failure, that transaction may be considered void. If a technical error has affected the outcome of a game, btjl reserves the right to review and correct that outcome.
5.4 Responsible Betting Policy
btjl encourages all members to enjoy gaming responsibly. Please stay within your set budget and treat gaming as a source of entertainment.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btjl platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Registering with a false identity or fake documents.
- Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages.
- Using cheating or hacking software in any game.
- Making fraudulent deposits or filing chargeback claims.
- Money laundering or using illegally obtained funds.
- Harassing other members or attempting to harm the platform.
- Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
- Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account cancellation, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where necessary.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 Limitation of Damages
Under no circumstances will btjl be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If a member suffers direct loss due to a platform error, the amount of that loss will be limited to the funds held in the member's account at that time.
9.3 Third-Party Services
The btjl platform includes services from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming). btjl is not directly liable for any failures in these providers' services, but will assist in resolving issues.
10. Termination of Agreement
10.1 Termination by the Member
You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases:
- Any outstanding withdrawable funds will be paid out before the account is closed.
- Unused bonus funds will be forfeited.
- Once closed, the account may not be possible to reopen.
10.2 Termination by btjl
In the event of a rules violation, btjl may terminate an account without notice. If an account is terminated without valid reason, the member's legitimate funds will be returned.
10.3 Clauses That Remain in Effect After Termination
Clauses relating to confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will remain in effect even after account termination.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1 Right to Make Changes
btjl reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified by email or through the platform.
11.2 Continued Use After Changes
Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.
